Dear PDP Charter Drafting Team members,

Thank you for a very helpful call today. I have endeavored to capture the suggested changes in the attached redlined charter document. I have also included a clean version as well as the motion. Please note that the motion and charter must be submitted to the GNSO Council not later than Monday, 10 November in order to meet the document deadline for consideration at the Council meeting in Buenos Aires on 20 November. During today's meeting Yoav Keren agreed to submit the final charter and motion.

**Please send any comments, questions, or changes concerning the charter to this list as soon as possible, but not later than COB Friday, 08 November.**

Staff will incorporate any final changes and submit the final revised charter and motion to Yoav for submission to the Council.
