Dear Michele, The Translation and Transliteration of Contact Information PDP WG is just about to start drafting its final report and it was noticed that the RrSG public comment http://forum.icann.org/lists/comments-transliteration-contact-initial-16dec1... on p.3 mentions that only about 0.1% of domains are subject to law enforcement query or brand protection intervention.
