Per action item, today starts the final call of the IDN Scoping Team Draft Final Report to be delivered to the GNSO Council.

Please find the draft final report in WORD document attached. A Google Doc version is also available.

Kindly note that this version has incorporated the latest suggested edits from Edmon, in response to the input provided by Maxim.

If you have any final input, please insert comment or suggest edits on the Google Doc to prevent any potential version confusion. The final call will end on Wednesday, 15 January EOB. The aim is to deliver the final report to the Council no later than Friday, 17 January.
