Per action item, staff would like to check whether scoping team members are available for a call at 13:00 UTC on Thursday, 10 October as an alternative meeting time. It is not too late in Hong Kong (evening) and during the day time for Europe (afternoon) and North America (morning).

If no objection, staff will schedule the call according to the suggested time.
