Hi Ariel,

I think it would be useful to add some additional context to this scoping exercise. To that end, we should include the following documents; the April 29th letter from RySG to GNSO Council, and the response letter [icann.org] from ICANN to the RySG. These describe the key issues that need to be addressed.
