Dear CSC Selection Committee members,
I have been informed by ICANN that the full slate of members and liaisons will not be ready to release until later next week as the GAC has asked for more time (until Wednesday, 27 July) and the materials will also take some time to prepare. Thus, we will not have the list for a meeting on Sunday, 24 July.
Unless I hear any objections, I suggest that we cancel Sunday’s meeting at least 24 hours in advance. I also suggest that we review the draft motion separately on the list. The per the schedule for the vote, the motion must be submitted no later than Tuesday, 26 July. I will send the motion separately for review/approval.
I will send you the full slate as soon as it is available so you should have it no later than the end of next week.
