Dear Wolf-Ulrich and CSC Selection Committee members,

Please see below a draft agenda for the joint ccNSO/GNSO CSC Selection Committee meeting on 02 August at 1500 UTC (see meeting invite sent separately).  This is a draft and it may change slightly.  The ccNSO has suggested that the call could be jointly run by the two chairs of the ccNSO and GNSO Selection Committees: respectively, Katrina Sataki and Wolf-Ulrich Knoben.

I will forward any other materials I may receive prior to the meeting, in addition of course to the list of CSC liaison and member candidates once I receive it from ICANN.

-         Welcome and roll-call

o   Notes of this meeting and recording of the meeting?

-         Brief explanation of selection processes

-         Coordination of set of candidates with respect to skill set and diversity, (to the extent possible)

-         Next steps:

o   Is a second meeting necessary on 04 August?

o   Submission of selected candidates by ccNSO and GNSO Selection Committees to respective Councils (not later than 05 August for GNSO Council vote to begin on 06 August).

o   ccNSO and GNSO Councils notify ICANN of approved final list by 09 August – deadline is 10 August
