Per one of the updates we will make to the Final Report, one commenter mentioned the value of creating a sort of hints & tips section for the metrics request form that contains a list of publicly available data sources, some of which might include a cost.  Below is a starter list that I hope we can expand some before we import it into our work products.  Please send any ideas you may have to the list.
