i took an action item out of our last call to push the charter into a mindmap and get it out to you all.  

i’ve attached two of them.  the one i just created is called "DMPM v1" and we’ll probably see lots more versions of that before we’re done.  but i also attached the last version of the mindmap we were using during the “chartering” process.  there are many great ideas in there that i didn’t want to lose.  that one is called “Metrics and Reporting 6-Nov 2013.mm” 

as a reminder, the software i’m using for these is called Freemind.  it’s cross platform, open source and free.  here’s the link if you would like to download a copy so that you can open and manipulate these attached mindmaps.
