Good afternoon/evening/morning DMPM Working Group,

If you’re not already aware, the DMPM has been gracious enough to volunteer to pilot Kavi, a workspace management tool, as they do their work within the DMPM Working Group.

By now you should have received a welcome email from Kavi with instructions on how to log into the workspace. This is the workspace that will be used during the DMPM WG’s existence. Those instructions should allow you to activate your user account and access the Workspace. In addition, it has signed you up for the DMPM mailing list that should be used going forward: dmpm@icann.kavi.com 

The gnso-dmpm-wg@icann.org mailing list will continue to receive emails, but will no longer broadcast out emails so please use dmpm@icann.kavi.com going forward.

If there are any questions during the pilot, please do not hesitate to reach out to your WG peers, Kavi Support (helpdesk@kavi.com), myself (steve.allison@icann.org), Nathalie (nathalie.peregrine@icann.org), or Berry (mail@berrycobb.com) and we’ll do whatever we can to assist.

Lastly, for those listed as Roster Managers, apologies if loading all the contacts caused any spam in your inboxes.

Messages sent to DMPM mailing list in Kavi should always be tagged with [DMPM] so rules on your inboxes may help keep organized.
