Hi All, Enclosed is the next draft version of the DMPM Initial Report. It includes the changes we reviewed in our last call with much more specificity for implementation of the proposed recommendations. At the face to face meeting in Buenos Aires, we will review in detail Section 5 of the report that contains the detailed proposed recommendations. It will be important for WG members to review in detail Annex 1 and Annex 2 of the GNSO Operation Procedures (http://gnso.icann.org/en/council/op-procedures-13nov14-en.pdf), as several of the recommendations point to specific sections. It will also help you to discover other possible enhancements as it relates to other proposed recommendations. If possible, please try and fetch the documents from Kavi in regards to the pilot we have running. I included attachments here only due to travel of members to Buenos Aires.
