WG Members, Attached is the agenda for tomorrow's meeting. You will note that most of the meeting will be the first stage of the WG Signup & Management pilot, which is a demonstration of Kavi. More information about Kavi can be found at http://kavi.com. Kavi is in consideration to challenge the issues the community experiences in not only in expressing interest to participate in groups and the difficulty experienced when signing up, but it may also address consolidation of WG management and administration processes by staff (ex. WG Signup Mgmt, Calendar/Sched, SOI, Attendance, etc..). As stated by Fadi in Singapore, this project will be essential to complement a broader effort to increase outreach and participation to those that do not normally do so. One way to achieve this is to make it easier to participate in the various activities and this pilot intends to determine if this tool meets requirements. Thus, we will only spend 15 minutes discussing the Charter, and 45 minutes of the demo including time for Q&A. Note item two will take us back to the topic of WG Charters and how the group can start to brainstorm about creating a matrix of metrics gathering and criteria can enhance the charter.
