Justine, their participation is quite reasonable, seeing as the original question about bulk registrations emerged from the ALAC itself.

However, if any team member feels that this would somehow impact the deliberations of the first half, please let us know in advance so that we can separate the meeting into two participation blocks or similar.

For what it's worth, I don't personally mind them being there as observers whenever.

Thanks for this. As indicated in an earlier email reply to Theo, I'd like to have a handful of my At-Large colleagues observe this call, in particular for agenda item 3. Assuming the other small team members have to objections to my request, please let me know if I need to inform my colleagues of any signup process to be able to observe, or if I may simply forward the Zoom login details to them.
