REMINDER:  This doodle poll was created to try to find an additional biweekly day/time to offset an every other week conflict.

The next small team call is scheduled for this Wednesday, 20 April, which DOES conflict with the RySG Drop in call.

At this point, only four members have completed the doodle and there is not a firm or clear choice.

This doodle poll is closing at 23:00 UTC on Tuesday, 19 April. The current day/time pattern will continue as-is unless a clear option presents itself.

Dear all,

As stated on Wednesday’s call, there is conflict every other Wednesday with the RySG Drop in call (at 20:00 UTC). I would like to propose an option: the team keep the current call time on Wednesdays, 20:00 UTC, but change them to every other week (the weeks that are NOT in conflict with the RySG Drop in call) and we find an additional day/time for the weeks that ARE in conflict. The doodle poll below is intended to represent a biweekly call on the day and time selected. Please complete the doodle as soon as possible.
