Dear all,

As stated on Wednesday’s call, there is conflict every other Wednesday with the RySG Drop in call (at 20:00 UTC). I would like to propose an option: the team keep the current call time on Wednesdays, 20:00 UTC, but change them to every other week (the weeks that are NOT in conflict with the RySG Drop in call) and we find an additional day/time for the weeks that ARE in conflict. The doodle poll below is intended to represent a biweekly call on the day and time selected. Please complete the doodle as soon as possible.

To clarify, we would have 2 regularly occurring series, each being biweekly. This is what the schedule would look like:

Wednesday, 13 April at 20:00 UTC

Wednesday, 11 May at 20:00 UTC
