Thank you Devan.

Let’s discuss this on the call, before we start moving things and shuffling everyone’s schedules.
The issue for us (RySG) is only every second week. It is particularly inconvenient this week as we are in the process of formulating our position and response to              the Small Team work, but there is two of us on the Small Team and we should be able to cover multiple calls in the future.

Kindly,

Hi Maxim and everyone,

Maxim—thank you for bringing this conflict to our attention!

Today’s call will need to go ahead as scheduled.

One option would be to move future DNS Abuse small team meetings to Wednesdays at 19:00 UTC for 60 minutes instead.

I understand this creates a conflict with Philippe, and that others may have conflicts at this time as well.

Please respond if this will not work for you.

Thank you!

Kind regards,

Devan

Dear Steve,

Please provide urls to these google documents in comment only mode.

The time of meetings overlaps with RySG biweekly 1 hour short meetings.

This is extremely unsuitable, we literally need to report   to the constituency about the work of the small team the same time as a small team is working.

I suggest we have a poll for a new meeting time.

Dear Small Team Members,

Please find the proposed agenda below:

  1. Welcome
  2. Review of draft inquiry to Contractual Compliance (see attached)
  3. Update on feedback from community groups
  4. AOB

In regards to agenda item 3, staff has aggregated the input received so far (see attached). While there may be the opportunity to discuss some of that input, it is certainly not intended to be a line by line review during this meeting; you all are encouraged to review on your own in detail for future discussion. Rather, the item is more about determining if any other stakeholder groups will be providing input.

Best,

Marika & Steve
