I cannot attend Monday's meeting but hope to be able to come in to the zoom on Tuesday.  

Separately, could staff please locate the Human Rights - Framework of Interpretation adopted by the ICANN Board in compliance with the Human Rights Core Value in the Bylaws?  I believe adoption of the HR-FOI occurred at ICANN66 in Montreal.  

Based on comments received in the Council's December meeting, this document will be relevant to the Charter drafting discussion.  This may or may not be the final version adopted by the Board:
