Similar to our previous practice, the leadership team and staff have jointly developed the draft recommendation text with rationale for your review. We followed the Phase 1 Initial Report format, and the charter questions are ordered based on the sequence of the team’s deliberation. Please note the following: * Only pages 1-17 (up to C4a) require your review. The remaining pages include the Phase 2 charter questions that the EPDP Team has not completed deliberation, which should be resumed after the Phase 1 Final Report is delivered. * The text highlighted in yellow may require further discussion or refinement by the EPDP Team. * Similar to the Phase 1 Initial Report, a glossary section is being developed and will be circulated to the EPDP Team for review later. Please be rest assured that the frequently mentioned terms / phrases will have explanations in the glossary. Please be so kind to complete your review by EOB Tuesday, 22 August.
