Dear all,

Please find included the background material for the upcoming meeting of the full wg. We will circulate the agenda later.

As you may recall at this meeting we will start with next(almost final) phase: stress testing of the policy developed to date.

Included are:

• The latest, clean version of the base policy document, including the results of the discussions around review of decisions (not included yet the confusing similarity validation process)
• The areas for testing that have already been identified by the group.
• A slide deck introducing the stress testing

As you will read in the slides, the goal of the Tuesday’s session is to come up with a series of scenarios to stress test the policy developed to date.
