Dear EPDP Team,

During the meeting yesterday, the String Similarity Small Group presented its work on the string similarity review, and put forward a recommendation of the “hybrid model”.

In order to facilitate the continued deliberation of this topic, the leadership requests members to consult with their appointing organizations on the proposed hybrid model for string similarity review. The EPDP Team is expected to have a follow-up discussion of the hybrid model during its meeting #49 (in about two weeks), so that members can share any input and feedback gathered from their groups.
