Dear EPDP Team,

Since the GNSO Council will hold its August meeting on Thursday, 25 August at 13:00-15:00 UTC, it will overlap with the IDN EPDP Team meeting #49; several members and staff will have a conflict. The proposal is to move the IDN EPDP Team meeting 24 hours later, to Friday, 26 August at 13:30-15:00 UTC.

If you have any objection to the proposed schedule change, please be so kind to respond on list by EOB Wednesday, 17 August, so that leadership and staff can consider proposing an alternative date/time.

Kindly note that the schedule of next week’s meeting #48 stays the same (Thursday, 18 August at 13:30-15:00 UTC).
