Hello everyone,

As you recall, the EPDP Team has concluded preliminary deliberations on almost half of the Phase 2 charter questions so far (C4, C5, C6, C1, C2, D4, D6, D7, C4a).  

Similar to our previous practice, the leadership team and staff have jointly developed the draft recommendation text with rationale for your review. We followed the Phase 1 Initial Report format, and the charter questions are ordered based on the sequence of the team’s deliberation.

Please note the following:

• Only pages 1-17 (up to C4a) require your review. The remaining pages include the Phase 2 charter questions that the EPDP Team has not completed deliberation, which should be resumed after the Phase 1 Final Report is delivered.
• The text highlighted in yellow may require further discussion or refinement by the EPDP Team.
• Similar to the Phase 1 Initial Report, a glossary section is being developed and will be circulated to the EPDP Team for review later. Please be rest assured that the frequently mentioned terms / phrases will have explanations in the glossary.

Please be so kind to complete your review by EOB Tuesday, 22 August. The second reading and discussion of your input is expected to take place during one of the upcoming EPDP Team meetings.
