Thanks for the message. As you are well aware, the timeslots during ICANN meetings are limited, and it is unavoidable that some sessions collide. The Wednesday 9 March slot at 14:30-15:00 AST (18:30-20:00 UTC) is the only 90-minute slot available to accommodate the IDNs EPDP, which was scheduled well in advance. To meet the milestones and timelines, it would be important for the EPDP Team to continue progressing.

 

Due to unforeseeable circumstances, leadership team had to cancel the session this week, which was unfortunate and outside their control. But the hope is to make up time next week during ICANN73. If you or other GAC members are unable to attend, you are welcome to catch up via the recordings, transcripts, and notes to be published after the session.

Good morning; from a GAC perspective we do wonder whether having a meeting during other sessions next week makes sense; but others will have views.

 

We could have taken part in a session this week.
