It has truly been an invaluable experience working alongside all of you. This journey has not only been a great learning opportunity but also a remarkable example of how we can collaborate harmoniously, even when our perspectives differed. In fact, this has been one of the most positive and collaborative working groups I`ve ever had the privilege to be a part of. I often refer to the IDN EPDP as a gold standard for what a policy development process should aspire to be.

Donna, your leadership has been nothing short of outstanding, setting the tone for our success. The dedication and commitment of the Staff team have also greatly contributed to this experience, and I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ariel, Emily, Saewon, Dan, and Steve for their unwavering support throughout this process.

To my fellow EPDP members and colleagues, thank you for your collaboration and hard work. We`ve accomplished something truly special together, and each of you has played a significant role in this success. Congratulations to us all!

I’ll genuinely miss our regular meetings, but the bonds we’ve formed and the work we’ve done will always stand out for me.

I’m really proud to have been your Chair. I won’t miss the 10pm calls, but I will miss the interactions with you all.

I also want to take a moment to thank Steve Chan. While Steve may not have been the most visible of our support team he was the one supporting and guiding behind the scenes for the duration of the EPDP. He found Dan and Saewon to replace Emily and Ariel and ensured an almost seamless transition He was also instrumental in ensuring that our request for a face-to-face meeting was supported. So a personal acknowledgment and thank you from me Steve.
