Dear EPDP Team,

As some of you may be aware, the GNSO Council December meeting is scheduled on Thursday, 16 December at 14:00-16:00 UTC. As a result, it will conflict with the IDNs EPDP Team’s meeting that week, and this will impact several Council members on the Team and support staff in particular.

Would you be able to meet on Friday, 17 December at 13:30-15:00 UTC instead?

If you have any concern or objection, please share on list by EOB Tuesday, 7 December. In the absence of objections, staff will update the invite accordingly.

Please note that there will be no change to next week’s EPDP meeting, which is scheduled on Thursday, 9 December at 13:30-15:00 UTC.
