Hey All! For those of you joining us in Kuala Lumpur, hope your travels are going well! Please see below for some logistics for this week. For those of you joining us remotely, you should have received Zoom information to your emails and hope to see you online! All times below are local Kuala Lumpur Time (MYT, UTC +8). The Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur is where we will be staying and meeting. Our meeting space will be in the Crystal room on Level 2 of the hotel (Big oval on the left side). This can be accessed from the main hotel elevator bank or the “Car Park Lifts” if you are coming straight from the hotel restaurant. [cid:image001.jpg@01DA2772.A5C81840] When you’re in the meeting room (09:00-17:30 on Wednesday and Thursday, 09:00-15:30 on Friday) the wifi info is: Network: Mandarin Conference Access Code: ICANN8 Please be ready to have Zoom opened in the room (without audio connected) to see all shared materials and to use the hand raising function. If you have any technical issues during this meeting, please alert one of us (Ariel, Steve, or Dan) and we will work on troubleshooting anything that arises with the Facility AV support. Food and Beverage Arrangements: Refreshments: Located outside Crystal Room. All day coffee and tea. Snacks during AM and PM break times. Breakfast: At your convenience (opening at 07:00) before we start at 09:00 at Mosaic Restaurant (Ground Level). Had it this morning and it was great! Lunch: 12:30 – 14:00 Buffet Lunch at Mosaic Restaurant (Ground Level) Group Dinner Arrangements: Wednesday 6 Dec @ 19:00 Tamarind Hill Address: 19, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Bukit Bintang, 50250 Kuala Lumpur All dietary restrictions brought to the team’s awareness have been passed on to the restaurant and will be respected.
