Please find below information relevant to EPDP Team membership:

EPDP Members:

Members have been appointed by their Stakeholder Groups, Constituencies and Advisory Committees. Members have posting rights to the mailing list and access to EPDP Team conference calls. They must all complete the Acknowledgment of Terms form. In case of absence, they must assign an appointed Alternate via the Alternate Assignment form. A Statement of Interest is a compulsory requirement, having it completed and updated before every conference call is necessary to access the conference call. All members are expected to abide by the EPDP Team Statement of Participation. Please ensure you have read it prior to posting to the mailing list or taking part in team conference calls.

EPDP Alternates:

Alternates have been appointed by their Stakeholder Groups, Constituencies and Advisory Committees. Alternates have read-only rights to the mailing list, and access to the audio stream of the EPDP Team conference calls, as well as to the recordings which are posted publicly on the EPDP Team wiki space, on the GNSO Master Calendar and circulated on the EPDP team mailing list. Alternates cannot therefore access the conference calls directly, nor the Doodle polls sent out to determine conference call scheduling. Alternates will be assigned by Members in case of Member absence for a determined period of time and will therefore replace the aforementioned Member on the mailing list and on conference calls. During this period, the Member will lose his/her posting rights and access to conference calls. This role swap will take effect only upon completion of the Alternate Assignment form.

EPDP team observers:

The team is composed of appointed members, alternates and liaisons only, but observers will be welcome to join the mailing list on a read-only basis.
