Noting the BC/IPC feedback on technical feasibility of automatic disclosure:

I don’t have concerns with the BC/IPC edit.  I think we can agree that automated disclosure of the city field is in fact technically feasible to accomplish, our focus has generally been on the “legally permissible” part.
