Attached is the Purpose B worksheet completed by representatives of the RySG and RrSG. Two preliminary comments:

· We revised the Purpose description to move “identified herein” so it directly modifies data.

· When completing the worksheet, we used “purpose” as a legal term of art, and not a synonym for “objective” or “intention.”
