Dear EPDP Team,

Following yesterday’s discussion, please find attached the updated version of section 4 of the draft Initial Report (EPDP Team Responses to Charter Questions & Preliminary Recommendations). You will find two versions attached:

• Redline – which captures all the changes made from the 20^th December version based on the review of the issues list and discussions on the Chameleon model (now SSAD Model)
• Clean version with line numbers

As you can see from the updated agenda attached, time has been carved out later today to review the updated version with your respective groups. The ask will be to flag any items that your group cannot live with being published in the Initial Report, providing a rationale and specific language changes that would address the concern while also factoring in discussions to date. Please use the line numbers in the pdf version attached to identify the issues. You will also find an Issues Sheet that you are requested to use for this specific exercise.

Do note that there are a couple of items that are still under review by the EPDP Team during this morning’s discussion – based on the outcome of those discussions further updates may be made to those specific sections. Similarly, there are a number of remaining suggestions / action items in the financial sustainability and audit section from a previous meeting that the group will need to address as well.
