As a reminder, we are first and foremost looking for you to flag any responses to charter questions and/or preliminary recommendations that need further discussion / consideration beyond those items that have already been flagged in the Initial Report (in blue). This will facilitate the planning of meetings & agenda’s going forward. This information should be provided as soon as possible (ideally by the end of today).

Substantive comments / edits to the Initial Report can follow after that, ideally by Wednesday 7 November at the latest.

On behalf of the BC, we also request additional time to submit comments on the Initial Report.   Similar to the Registrars, we are not in a position to commit to a specific day to get them submitted at this point.
