Hi all sorry for the late delivery of this, but please find the attached
two users cases with regards to LEA's. I have also included two case's
highlighting different jurisdictional elements. I will not provide any
explanation on this in the hope that we can do a bit in the F2F. We are
also working on some more visual diagrams on this which will hopefully
help with the explanation.

As per Thomas's model this is an output from a small group within the
GAC and made as a discussion document for the ePDP team and not
representative of a GAC position.
