I understand that it is far from optimal to have a meeting during a national holiday. Yesterday was Latvia’s national day and I spent it in UN meetings.
We have a push to make to see how far we can get in drafting the initial report. Maybe we can think of trading meeting of 28 Nov for a meeting on Wednesday 4December. That would be exceptional addition to the regular team meeting of 5 Dec. That week the Legal committee would meet on 3 Dec.
I would like to seek your indulgence and understanding to move our work to a logical conclusion.

I note that there is currently an EPDP meeting scheduled for November 28th. This is a major public holiday in the US. Looking at the member list this impacts over half the team. In some cases, entire constituencies would need to choose between missing the call or impacting their holidays. Considering we also have a call scheduled for the 26th of that same week, I’m requesting to cancel the call on the 28th.
