Dear Manal,

Dear All

In regard to the continuation of participating at EPDP Team phase 2, I wish to infirm  you that after further considerations I have decided to step down and leave the place for my Alternate Mr. Raul Gosain .

I also suggest that GAC nominate an alternate from either Latin America or Africa since four of the six persons  currently nominated ( 3 Members and 3 Alternates ) are from North America   And Europe thus Africa or Latin America need to be represented to maintain quasi geographical distribution
