Draft slides for High Interest Topic Session for your review
Dear EPDP Team, Please find attached a first draft of the slide deck for the High Interest Topic (HIT) Session for your review. Please note that the leadership team did not have a chance to review this yet in detail, but in the interest of time agreed to already share this for your input. At a minimum, updates will need to be made to reflect any outcomes or updates from Saturday’s F2F meeting. Similarly, some of the more text heavy slides could be transformed into speaking points with only key bullets on the slide. For those that volunteered to represent the EPDP Team and present part of the presentation (Alan Woods, Diane Plaut, Thomas Rickert, Hadia Elminiawi, Emily Taylor, Milton Mueller, Ashley Heineman, Benedict Addis), please indicate if there is a specific part which you would be interested in presenting. We look forward to receiving your feedback. Hi Marika, all, Thanks for sharing the slides. Slides 1-7 serve as a great introduction to our work, but I would add slide 9 to that block. I would recommend we then take slide 8, slide 13 and a new slide with an empty workbook to show our methodological approach (including the test of ICANN’s bylaws etc so that the audience understands how we conducted our work (I am happy to volunteer to speak to that). Then, we should present the substance of our work so far. Let’s discuss this with the entire group, but it might make sense to have one slide per processing activity and our preliminary results and solicit feedback on each of those with very few interventions. That would allow our group to obtain reactions in a structured way to each of the items we discussed. Best Thomas

Hi Marika Many thanks for preparing a nice slide deck. I will be happy to do the lawful basis slide. I can also speak to the bit about small teams on legal/natural persons and geo. On Sun, 21 Oct 2018 at 16:42, Thomas Rickert <epdp@gdpr.ninja> wrote:
