The topics for phase 2 are outlined in the EPDP Team's charter (see mind map attached). In addition, the EPDP Team has recommended that a number of issues are further considered in phase 2. These recommendations will first need to be considered and approved by the GNSO Council. Furthermore, the Charter foresees that before phase 2 commences, the GNSO Council needs to provide non-objection. It is the expectation that the Council will consider that in conjunction with the Final Report for phase 1, but that is in their hands so the exact timing is not known yet. I hope this is helpful. Tks Marika You are right to some extent but there are several issues that arises from current discussions , I therefore can nit accept that Chatter envisaged that before being discussed Look at recent recommendation indicating that issues X or Y require further review .
