Dear EPDP Team, Please find hereby for your review, the worksheet for the System for Standardized Access/Disclosure to Non-Public Registration Data (SSAD): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uoolznpxb0JxddFZA5n9ueRkB4tjDOQQCoMeQWpb.... There is lot of information to digest in this document so we would like to encourage you to first focus on: * List of topics identified (page 6) – are there any topics missing? * Proposed logical order to address topics (page 7) – does this order make sense? If not, how should it be reorganized and why? * Objective for each topic (pages 9-21) – are the objectives identified for each topic the correct ones? What if anything is missing? * Target date for completion (pages 9-21) – how much time do you estimate a specific topic needs to get addressed? * For topics a-f (pages 9-18) confirm that the tasks identified are the correct ones and/or identify what tasks are missing. Of course, input on other sections is welcome as well, but you’ll have an opportunity to further review those sections when the EPDP Team commences its deliberations on each of the topics identified. Please share your group’s input on the questions identified above prior to Thursday’s EPDP Team meeting (14.00 UTC on 30 May 2019). As a reminder, you can find all worksheets posted here: https://community.icann.org/x/5oaGBg. Hello all, The RrSG has reviewed the SSAD Workshee <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uoolznpxb0JxddFZA5n9ueRkB4tjDOQQCoMeQWpbiSc/edit>t and has the following feedback in response to the questions listed below. *General comment: * The worksheet templates should be updated with “disclosure” instead of “access”, to align with the definitions being determined by the EPDP team. *1. List of topics identified (page 6) – are there any topics missing?* Lawful basis should be expanded to also include considerations of cross-border transfers. *2. Proposed logical order to address topics (page 7) – does this order make sense? If not, how should it be reorganized and why?* The order of these items makes sense, but it is unclear at what point the EPDP team will tackle the question of what data should be provided in a response. This is partially covered under “define user groups”, because for each disclosure of data there must be a corresponding purpose and legal basis, so once we know the purpose and basis we will also know which data elements can be disclosed, and it is partially covered under “response requirements” (see the related charter questions), but it would be useful to have a specific called-out topic of “what data should be provided in a response”. *3. Objective for each topic (pages 9-21) – are the objectives identified for each topic the correct ones? What if anything is missing?* Nothing to add *4. Target date for completion (pages 9-21) – how much time do you estimate a specific topic needs to get addressed?* Topics will vary in the length of time required, and so none of these target dates should be set in stone; the team needs to be flexible to allow for full review of each topic and not be pushed into reaching arbitrary targets. *5. For topics a-f (pages 9-18) confirm that the tasks identified are the correct ones and/or identify what tasks are missing. * Nothing to add.
