Dear All, Please find attached the EPDP-Phase 2 Project package that closes out May of 2020. The percent complete reports at 96% with an 94% elapsed time (to 30 June 2020) from when the project started. Percent complete is up 2% from last period mostly attributed to the completed review of the public comments to the Initial Report. As of the 31st of May, the project health remains on a "Revised Schedule" and "On-Target". As you will see on the summary timeline, the project SitRep (page 3), and as noted in the workplan sent around the last few weeks, the EPDP will miss its 11 June target for delivery of the Final Report. The EPDP Leadership team is preparing a Project Change Request (PCR) to notify the GNSO Council, which is now a requirement from the implementation PDP3.0. As a part of the PCR and based on results of "can't live with items," the leadership team will also confirm/modify a new planned delivery date.
