Thank you all for your patience while we reviewed and incorporated your feedback into various documents. Attached, you will find the following documents:

NSp (Registrar side)
- NSp ToU redline
- NSp ToU clean
RDRS (Requestor side)
- RDRS ToS and T&C redline
- RDRS ToS and T&C clean
RDRS Privacy Policy clean

We would need to publish these documents and notify all NSp users about the revised term ahead of 28 November launch date. As such, if you see any glaring issues, please do let us know as soon as possible, no later than this Friday. Separately, should you think it’s helpful to close the loop, we’d be happy to walk through the changes during the next Monday call.

On a separate note, we now have 42 registrars opted into RDRS, which represents about 112m DUMs, 49% of the total gTLD DUMs.
