Dear SSAD ODP Small Team Members,

We hope this message finds you well – Happy New Year to you!

It has been some time since the SSAD Operational Design Phase has concluded and the Operational Design Assessment was delivered, but we are asking you to search your memory bank in an effort to provide the GNSO Council with some constructive feedback on your experience as a member of the SSAD ODP Small Team.

The Council is looking to use this feedback for when it ultimately reviews the ODP process, so any feedback you have regarding your experience will be very helpful.

The survey is structured as a Google Form, and it can be completed on your own time when you are able. The written responses will be helpful to the Council so that it can maintain a record of your feedback and ensure the responses are accurately captured. Alternatively, however, if you’d prefer to provide verbal feedback to the questions, we can arrange a meeting, and you could provide your feedback that way.
