If I understand the RDRS correctly, it would be more precise to say "the RDRS tracks requests and provides and option for registrars to post outcomes."

This makes it sound like the response itself (including the contents, e.g. the registration data that is disclosed) is tracked in RDRS. Maybe instead you could change it to "the RDRS tracks requests and outcomes" which is more clear?
