Please find below the proposed agenda for the next EPDP Phase 2 small team meeting which is scheduled for Wednesday 23 March at 14.00 UTC.

 

In relation to agenda item #2, note that during Monday’s meeting some questions were raised in relation to the status of the SSAD recommendations during the Proof of Concept phase. The current draft foresees that consideration of the recommendations would be on hold until the results of the Proof of Concept would be known so that a determination could be made whether or not the SSAD recommendations should be adopted, in current or modified format (which could model the Proof of Concept). However, if the small team is of the view that the Council and Board should be in a position to draw a conclusion now based on the information available (for example, move forward with a Centralised Intake System as the end product), this is something the Small Team could consider recommending as well. Please think about this question as it will be one of the first items to consider as it will determine the approach to take in relation to the Proof of Concept requirements.
