I hope you are recovering well from the busy ICANN78 days. I wanted to provide several updates on the RDRS.

Launch date:

We are happy to inform you that the RDRS will publicly launch for requestors on Tuesday, 28 November!

December webinar:

While we previously informed you that we will be doing a webinar(s) in December as a mean to hear from the users, we’ve decided to push it out to January. This should give users more time to acclimate to the service to bring any questions or feedback to the table. 

Satisfaction Survey Approach:

We have developed a short survey that will help us gain the necessary data to measure user satisfaction. The requestor survey is intended to go out as part of the automated email notifying requestors every time a request is concluded with registrar marking the outcome in RDRS. The registrar survey will be sent in an email to participating registrars on a quarterly cadence, with the first one planned for 3 months after launch.
