Dear GNSO Council Small Team,
Thank you for your questions and statements as they relate to the Operational Design Assessment (ODA) on the SSAD. The SSAD ODP team has reviewed them and provided answers where applicable.
We appreciate the diligence the Small Team has brought to its work. We note that the ODA illustrates one possible way to implement the recommendations. The design outlined in the ODA should not be seen as the only path forward for implementation. Should the
Board adopt the recommendations, the org will work with an Implementation Review Team to complete the implementation work.
Please let me know if there are further questions or clarification needed from the team. We are happy to meet to discuss our answers in more detail, should the small team find that
helpful.
