I have two comments on the surveys.
1 – scales for different survey questions should all go in the same direction.
If one scale goes from "bad” through neutral to “good” then the other scale should start with “no” and end with “yes” (rather than starting at yes and ending at no).
2 – for the requestor survey
Question 2 "Have you requested nonpublic registration data in the past?" – is this asking about RDRS requests, or non-RDRS requests, or both? Question 3 is comparing previous experience to RDRS experience, which suggests that Q2 is about non-RDRS. So I think Q2 should be updated to specify that it's asking about requests external to the RDRS.
Question 5 "How likely or unlikely are you to use the RDRS again?" doesn't tell us if they are not using RDRS again because they won’t ever need to request disclosure again or because they dont like RDRS so they'll go directly to the registrar next time. If the response is 'no' can we have a followup question asking for info about why? Perhaps selecting between the reasons I suggested (or maybe there are other reasons to consider also).

As per today’s discussion, I am sharing the questions that will be used in the RDRS satisfaction surveys for registrars and requestors. These questions were curated in consultation with ICANN’s research team’s expertise. As mentioned, requestors will receive a case closure notification email with a link to survey every time their request concludes (when registrar marks the outcome in the RDRS), and participating registrars will receive a survey email about every 3 months.
