This message is to confirm a couple of action items that staff still needs to work on.

• Regarding the pros and cons around recommendation 4 and the 2 options, try and integrate an element of a risk analysis and/or data analysis to the existing document.
• Develop a pros and cons document related to a separate dispute resolution process

With other commitments, staff has not yet been able to devote adequate time to these action items, but just wanted to let you all know that the work is in progress.
