Dear all, Please find attached an updated table of the list of potential new facts, arguments and sources that the Working Group began to discuss at its meeting last week. These updates attempt to summarize the state of the Working Group’s discussion on these topics to date, and adds a new entry that more clearly references the support provided for Recommendation #4, in particular, Option 2. Pending confirmation by the co-chairs as to an agenda for the next meeting this Thursday, our (staff) assumption is that the Working Group will continue its discussion of arbitration as an option, followed by the possibility of a separate and narrow dispute resolution procedure. Working Group members who were not able to participate in recent meetings are strongly encouraged to review the recordings and transcripts as the rest of the group has now concluded its review of the public comments received and is beginning to develop its final recommendations.
