Dear Working Group members, Staff has updated the Section 6 (draft preliminary recommendations) document based on the last Working Group call. Please see attached for the changes. For the meeting this Thursday, the proposed agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call/updates to SOI 2. Discuss the “small group” proposal (received by the GNSO on 6 October 2016) and its implications on the Working Group’s preliminary recommendations 3. Review the policy options in the updated document based on the outcome of discussions of Agenda Item #2 4. Planning for ICANN57 5. Next steps/next meeting PLEASE NOTE: Due to a new scheduling conflict, it is possible that our meeting time this Thursday as well as next Thursday (20 October) may have to be changed. If the change is needed, the Working Group call will then start an hour later (at 1700 UTC). However, please do not amend your calendars just yet - staff will attempt to confirm this as soon as possible – please look out for a notice tomorrow (Wednesday) if there is a need to make a time change.
