Dear IGO/INGO IRT, The next step for us is to correspond with the RySG on our new approach for the two effective dates and the use of the “no later than” for earlier access to the exceptions procedure. We’ll schedule a meeting as soon as we receive the RySG support for a final team review. Until then we’ll keep working toward that final version with the assumption that there will be no further changes to our plan. Also, Jim notified us that David Heasley and Val Sherman are no longer members of the IRT. They have both left his firm for government positions. This brings down the IRT to 10 members.
