Dear IRT, A short email to keep you informed. Currently, the Implementation Project Team (IPT) is working on an implementation plan. It looks like we may be able to get to the public comment phase by Apr/May timeframe. 1 August 2019 announcement seems to be in a feasibility for us. We are aiming to share the draft plan with the IRT at the end of March. And therefore, planning the monthly IRT meetings to start on Thursday, 28 March 2019.
